We Specialize in

Personalized Menopause & Hormone Care

We offer comprehensive, evidence-based options for women in perimenopause and menopause — including both hormonal and non-hormonal therapies.

Each plan is tailored to your unique risk profile, symptom picture, and lifestyle using our Red / Yellow / Green safety framework and a reverse-engineering approach inspired by Dr. Heather Hirsch to pinpoint the most effective and sustainable treatment for you.

We integrate FDA-approved and carefully selected off-label options when appropriate — always guided by safety, science, and compassion.

Our holistic approach also includes metabolic health support — focusing on weight management, nutrition, strength training, medication support, and cardiovascular wellness to help improve energy, body composition, and overall longevity.

By blending medical and lifestyle care, we help you feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced through every stage of menopause.

Systemic Estrogen Therapy

Used to relieve common perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disturbances, mood changes, vaginal dryness, bone loss and low libido.

We offer both bio-identical and synthetic hormone options, depending on what’s right for you. If you still have a uterus, estrogen is combined with progesterone for endometrial protection. If you’ve had a hysterectomy, estrogen alone may be suitable — though in some cases, adding progesterone provides added benefits.

Progesterone & Progestin Support

Progesterone is a calming, protective hormone that supports sleep, reduces anxiety, stabilizes mood, and helps regulate the menstrual cycle. For women on estrogen who still have a uterus, it also protects the uterine lining. Bioidentical progesterone can improve sleep, reduce night sweats, and support overall midlife well-being.

Testosterone Support for Select Women

Low libido, decreased energy, or muscle loss can sometimes benefit from carefully monitored testosterone therapy.

Because this use is off-label, it involves baseline labs, ongoing follow-up, and a thorough discussion of potential benefits and risks.

Routes & Delivery Options

We offer a variety of delivery forms — including patches, gels, creams, and pills — and help you choose what best fits your preferences and lifestyle

Every plan includes tailored dosing, regular monitoring, and shared decision-making to ensure safe, effective, and individualized care.

Risk Stratification & Monitoring

Your safety always comes first. We use a simple color-coded framework:

RED

History of breast cancer, unprovoked blood clots, or major heart disease (HRT not recommended)- these recommendations are not always clear cut and can also be case by case with shared medical decision making with your provider.

YELLOW

Moderate risk factors (carefully considered case-by-case).

GREEN

Healthy, low-risk women, often within 10 years of menopause onset.

Adjunct & Supportive Therapies

Vaginal / Local Estrogen: for dryness, irritation, and urinary symptoms (genitourinary syndrome of menopause).

Non-Hormonal Treatments: for women who can’t or prefer not to use hormones — including SSRIs/SNRIs, other medications, supplements, and lifestyle approaches for symptom relief and bone health.

Metabolic & Weight Management Support: personalized nutrition and movement strategies, weight management plans, medication support, and metabolic optimization to help maintain energy, lean muscle, and healthy body composition throughout menopause.

Our goal is to help you understand what’s happening in your body — and find the right plan to help you feel like yourself again.

Follow-Up Visit

Your follow-up visit focuses on how you’re feeling and progressing with your treatment plan.

We’ll celebrate improvements, review any updated lab results, and adjust your plan as needed — whether that includes hormone therapy, lifestyle changes, or non-hormonal options.
